Came here for an art exhibition and it was great! The salon seemed to be well maintained with enough space for everyone. Also, plenty of street parking around which it a plus. They may also have their own parking in the back, but I'm not sure - this place is certainly well located in New Haven

Len, I want you to know that you are such a professional. Love how you was able to transform my hair color I should said amazed. Also your staff is awesome they make me feel welcome. I had a haircut by Toni and it’s the best haircut I ever received! My hair is really thick and wasn’t cut right a few weeks back. I can’t wait for my color appointment next!! Thank you - Kris

Rimage is totally professional and listens to what I think. I don't walk out with surprises. Toni does my hair and I highly recommend her. Good place for those looking for a hair cut.

If you want to know what true pampering is, what quality staff is, then do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Rimage. If Heaven has a Salon, it's based on Rimage! I cannot wait for my next appointment! Thank you so much, Lenny and Staff, for the beautiful color and cut! My hair still looks and feels, amazing!

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Len is an absolute miracle worker/ expert. I went in with very orange/ brassy hair from a DIY quarantine bleaching sesh and came out with healthy, beautifully corrected hair with the exact color and style I was hoping for, all in one session. His attention to detail, professionalism, and determination to do the absolute best makes him by far the best person to go to in New Haven that I’ve gone to so far. I could not recommend him or his salon more. I have very dark black hair and he was able to lighten and tone it to the exact shade of blonde I had wanted all in one session at a very fair price. I will continue to go to Len and would recommend him and his salon to anyone looking for high quality work that uses high quality and eco friendly products at a very fair and reasonable price.

Len is a fantastic stylist! As a man who has many textures and wild hair, it has been difficult getting a cut I am happy with and grows in well. I am consistently happy with the work Len does and always amazed how efficient, easy-going and how well he listens to what I would need out of a cut. Len is really great and just nails it every time. He always makes me look my best.

I met Michael (one of the stylist’s there) at at really cute bar I used to go to near my house and I’m honestly so glad that I went to go visit him at work! Such a cute saloon in the heart of new haven so you can also grab a bite to eat after! Over all I had such an amazing experience and I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for 5 star haircut 🖤 also the way they shampoo your hair there is to DIE FOR!

I got my hair done by Michael here yesterday and not only did I leave feeling like a million bucks but my hair looks better than it has in a long time. Thank you so much to them, and I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone!! 12/10 experience
